At Royale Palms Mobile Lodge and Storage, we know moving things from your home into storage. You have to pack everything, get a truck, drive the truck and unpack everything into the unit. We want to make this process a bit easier for you. So you can get a free driver and truck from us to help you with the process!
What are the rules?
- You must provide your own transportation to and from the Facility. You shall not be a passenger or operate Owner’s Truck.
- You have a maximum of two (2) hours to complete the move. The two-hour time limit starts when Owner’s truck arrives at the pick-up point.
- You shall provide all the labor for your move.
- You shall be packed and ready to move when Owner’s truck arrives at the pick-up point.
- Owner’s truck shall only transport items from the pick-up point to the facility. No stops permitted.
- The maximum travel distance from the pick-up point to the facility is twenty (20) miles. The truck shall only make one (1) trip.
- The truck shall not be used to move your goods out of the facility.
- This transport service is only available for the first fifteen (7) days after the lease date of the occupant. Unless the parties agree in writing to another time.
